Leading Calmly: In Brief is a short reference book for everyday leadership decisions. Its 27 chapters are built on seven pillars: character, clarity, influence, execution, adaptability, stewardship and legacy. They range from seeing your own leadership through decisions, feedback, conflict and teams to strategy, change, ethics and leading with AI.
Each chapter has a main point, a working model, three concrete actions, a typical pitfall and a question for reflection. An overview at the start shows which chapters fit 15 common situations, and the book ends with four practical tools, including a five-minute decision note and a weekly review.
